Jonathan Sacks comes from a family that includes 19 generations of rabbis. Raised in a kosher home, Jonathan became convinced that Yeshua (Jesus) is the promised Messiah of Israel, largely through a study of prophecies in the Tanakh (Hebrew Scriptures or Old Testament). Particularly compelling were the prophesies of Isaiah 53 and Daniel 9:25-26.
Jonathan has worked as a CPA and financial analyst, and currently practices law in addition to leading Hope in Messiah Congregation. He has taught and written on numerous Messianic subjects, including the feasts, Bible prophecy and the role of Gentiles in Jewish outreach.
Jonathan is also a musician and songwriter. He and his wife, Sara, have written and recorded music that has been used in the ministry of other musicians, congregations and other organizations. Their desire is to help others to grow in the Lord’s mercy and grace and to bring the Good News of Yeshua the Messiah to Jewish people and to Gentiles, wherever they may be found.
